Which mobo, msi K7 Master or EP-87KA+

I am shopping for a new motherboard, and an entire new computer for college, and have come across two motherboards which I think will suit my needs, but am having trouble deciding between the MSI K7 Master-S and the EPoX EP-97KA+. I am looking to over clock this system, and wonder which one ppl here think is better overall, with this purpose in mind. I would prefer the SCSI features of the MSI board, but if the EPoX board is superior in the overclocking realm, I will purchase a separate SCSI card. The RAID itself on the EPoX board would be a waste if you bought the + model, just buy the 8K7A straight and save a few bucks
