which one should i buy?

I have a case similar to the powmax, and it is flimsy, has sharp edges, and is generally not well put together - with cases, like most things, you get what you pay for!

yeh but i was looking for a less expensive one with a blower fan

Those two cases aren't very big, about 17" x 17", meaning you may have problems with larger mobos or with cooling.
No Fry's near you? Through Tuesday they have either an Antec with PSU for $50 or a cheapo for $7 after rebate (depends on where you live). They normally carry a black Enermax windowed case for $70 (last sale was $50 after rebate, but last year it was $10 AR) and sometimes a Casedge with 300W or 350W Fortron/Sparkle for $50.
Is it absolutely necessary that the case be ugly, i.e., have a window in it?
