which p4 board with raid and DDR ram ???

i wanna buy a northwood 1.6 to push it up to ~2.4 at least.
it should be a board with raid controller DDR rams
i think of 512 mb kingston value ram cl2.
or should i better buy the crucials but they are only cl 2.5 i might put them also on cl2 but won't they get a little hot by fsb 150?

The soyo dragon has been having lots of problems getting over a certian FSB btw, nearly every overclocker review I have read has had problems overclocking it but just a little.
