I'm looking to get a PSU for a P4 3.6GHz 775 prescott system. What I'd like is quiet inexpensive and reliable, I don't plan to overclock in the beginning, but probably eventually will.
Here's a few I'm looking at: (all @newegg.com)

Output: +3.3V@28A, +5V@30A, +12V@15A, [email protected], [email protected], +5VSB@2A

ATX300GU - Fortron 300W "HiQ Brand" - $19.00+$6.99
Output: [email protected]/20A;+5V@30/21.8A;[email protected];+12V@13A;[email protected];[email protected]

TT-420AD(DUAL FAN) - Thermaltake Silent PurePower, 420W - $36.00+$2.99
Output: +3.3V@30A;+5V@40A;[email protected];+12V@18A;[email protected];+5VSB@2A

Broadway GAMING SERIES 120MM COLOR FAN Silver Silent 500W Power Supply, Model "P4-COLORS 500W Silver" - $29.00+$6.99
Output: +3.3V@26A, +5V@30A, +12V@20A, [email protected], [email protected], +5VSB@2A

RV400 - Rosewill 400W Dual Fan - $25.49+$4.99
Output: +3.3V@30A, +5V@40A, +12V@18A, -5V@1A, -12V@1A, [email protected]

RV450 - Rosewill 450W Dual Fan - $33.00+$4.99
Output: +3.3V@30A, +5V@45A, +12V@22A, [email protected], -12V@1A, [email protected]

Thanks,

I am not really a fan of any of those psu's on your list, and I think for the most part they are a little undersized. Use this link to size your PSU http://takaman.jp/D/index.html?english and pay attention to the amps on each rail.

Inexspensive and quiet usually do not go together (well depends on what you call quiet). If your looking to save money than I would stick to FSB or Sparkle Power. They are usually the best bang for the buck.

of course if what your looking for is quiet I have to recommend this :D

Try and stay away from the cheap PSU's (including the cheap fsp's) because if and when they go they usually take some of your other equipment with them.
