Which RAID motherboards to shortlist

Unfortunately due to my ABit IT7MAX2 v2.0 not being able to take my much needed 2 sticks of 512 DDR I'm forced to unwillingly change it. I don't want to spend a kings ransom and my main needs are that it can do RAID 0. ATA133 RAID would be nice as that's what I have on the Highpoint 374 but SATA RAID would be OK as I supposed I'd need some Seriell like adapters.

I might as well future proof myself should I want to through in a nice overclocking 2.6C 800fsb chip for example.
