Which Setting is a Faster System? KT7A

I'm just wondering which setting should I have,
and which one has the faster performance.
6.5x133/33 cpu fsb+ =9 =923 (system clock 142.5)
9.5x100/33 =950(system clock 100)

6.5x133 would be faster because the RAM wouldn't run at 100mhz like the second but at 133 mhz whitch is 1/4 times faster. That's the one to go for.
