Which would you choose?

I have a dual channel set of pqi 2 x 256 but they are failiing like crazy on memtest on test six. My system is constantly locking up so I need some new and better memory. Out of the ones I selected which one would you choose, and why. Thanks

Out of those three I'd take the OCZ, but you would be better off spending $15 more and getting 2x512.

Wouldnt you think the the Patriot is better of the ones shown being it has better stock timmings and it runs at a lower voltage?

On the face of it, yes, but I believe that some of the lesser brands can be more hit or miss than OCZ.

OCZ is better, but you can get a gig of ram for just a tiny bit more money.
