Who sold that water chiller block that used pelts to cool it.

I saw a water chiller block before that used some pelts to cool it then used some more pelts to cool the block off with another radiator and pump. Where can I buy that?

That was sold/made by overclock-watercool.com...they shut down their site, so I don't where you could find it now.

I remember seeing it on the website. As far as working im not very sure, cause I never saw any reviewes on it or anything.
