I'm one of the top fifteen crunchers on the team and I've been averaging over 175 WU's per week and have dropped another spot! At this rate I'm going to go from my high of 52nd place to 100th place in about 50 more weeks.

Seriously though,

WELCOME to the team!

I think it would be great if we could somehow get a sticky at the top of this section to announce each new member as they come aboard along with a few of their stats.

Good Luck to all, especially the new members!

Cyber-Whelk from UK
4341WUs completed
6.848yrs of cpu time
13hr49min ave. WU time

of course i noticed this guy, he right in FRONT of me!! j/k

welcome to the team!! ;)

At least you have to dead ones in front of you. You will get top 50 soon frank. Welcome to the team.

I've been "hoovering" between 52nd and 55th place for going on four weeks now! I've done well over five hundred WU's in that time and have gained only one spot.

Hey, at least nobody's past me in a while except for "Halen".

I keep falling through the ranks I was like 42 at the highest now Iit looks like I will be out of the top 100 in 6 months if I don't add another cruncher.

Believe it or not I felt the same way a little over a year ago. When the team was formed I was #1 for a week or two and then it seemed like one person after another bumped me down. This inspired me to add a cruncher or two and then it seemed like just when I gained a spot, or was close I got knocked down again. Finally I went completely - well nuts I suppose and and everyone knows where I took it from there LOL ;)

I used to get excited when I hit 12th place. But after hitting it
3 times this past month alone, it's no big deal anymore..LOL

yeah its great to see lotsa heavy hitters joining the team
really boosts our output

im still trying to crack the top 150 tho
and am dropping spots
i need a second cruncher
i need money!!

Welcome to the team Cyber-Welk!

I've given up on actually moving up in the ranks. Like most of you, I've bounced up and down in about the same place. So, I'm changing the rules of my own little game. I'm just going to keep trying to pass the people within one or two places of me and ignore my overall position. That'll be fun...right...? Won't it?
LOL.

I just hope I'm not going to fall from the top 100.....maybe as soon as I get the PIII-S rig functioning (2 PIII-S 1.26 GHz chips doing 4.5h/WU plus my Dell PII 450MHz , that will be 12.4WU per day plus any WU I can scavenge from a Athlon 1GHz chip) I will start raising again into the top 100 :) :burn:

Have no idea where I will get to. Still on my first week with using the cl seti but it looks like my 3 systems will be producing around 120+ wu'z/wk:cool:

I was getting just short of 5 WU's per day from my 1GHz Athlon, until I stumbled into a rash of low AR WU's. I would love to see a digit to the left of the decimal once in a while. Seeing those .0xx WU's isn't giving me a warm fuzzy.;)

Not too shabby!

That would make you one of the top 25 producers on a team with over 900 members.

Good Luck!

I remember that well Tim... I was 11th with about 400 WUs... hehe...

I borrowed a Celeron 900 today to help me out a bit (till the owner comes and picks it up... I am "stability testing" LOL)...

And WELCOME to all the new members...
