I just upgraded my videocard to the ATI all in wonder 32 mb DDR from an old 8 mb ATI rage card. The problem I have is after the windows 98 screen my monitor keeps shutting down now. This is after I installed the Standard PCI Graphics Adapter and then installed the drivers for the all in wonder radeon. I stuck my old 8mb ATI rage card back in and everything works fine. What am I doing wrong? How do I get this cad to work without it making my monitor power down? Thanks

Not sure where your at w/ software but try this:

1) Leave in your old card
2) Uninstall all the software for the new card
3) Uninstall all the software for the old card.
4) Change to "Standard VGA Driver" at restart.
5) Shut down computer.
6) Switch from old to new card
7) Restart...should still be "Standard VGA Driver"
8) Reinstall (follow directions)
