Why is my 1.2 slower than the reference in SSandra?

It is somewhat slower.Thats in XP,in Millenium its actually faster...
Am i missing a setting or something or its perfectly mormal?

That is normal Xp is much beefier when it comes to the kernel and what it needs to run things. If your looking for over all speed with the best overall gaming then if I were you I would use 98 se. Thats just me though. I have heard that in XP you can tweak it to get better speed. Here is a link. Also have you gotten the drivers for your CPU yet?

NP I hope it helps....Duh I forgot your not using an XP CPU...I feel stupid now but, if they help the speed of your CPU its all good. Lets us know after you install them.

Install them,no difference in Sandra score.Everything seems to work fine though so i will leave them installed.

Microsoft site says to look for Amdk7/Parametres in regedit but theres no Paramtres in mine...weird.
