Why is my h/d showing ATA33 in bios??

I have a Maxtor 6Y080L0 and a soltek 75-frn2-L m/b and in the bios it is showing as a ata33, shouldnt it be ata133? How can I change it??

in mine it's in the main screen. highlight the drive and tell it what speed you want.

UDMA 3 == ata33
4 == 66
5 == 100
6 == 133

NEVER use PIO anything on your hd. just for info
