Wich DDR motherboard to get for my T-bird 1200

Hi
I've got and T-bird 1200 and a busted ABIT KT7A-RAID

now I get an other one from my store but I can chose wich one so now I want to get a DDR bord with RAID onboard

wich one do you guys advise ?
