Is this fan alot quiter than my delta 38? i plan on using it in an ax7, is this a winning combination?

the specs

Specifications: 80x80x25mm, 50.6 CFM @ 3900 RPM, 40.5 dBA, 4.3w, .36 amp, 12v DC, 4-pin Molex connector.

delta from my thermoengine

Specifications: 60x60x25mm, 46.5 dBA, 37.61 CFM @ 6800 RPM, 3.84w, 12v DC, 3-pin Molex connector.

I'm not 100% sure, but the delta makes more than 70DBs of noise, its sounds like a Jetengine (so ppl say)... I had expirience w/ a Super orb a 50mm that only did 5.5K RPM I couldn't stand the noise. the 40DB should be very quiet, I think, and correct me if I'm wrong, u have the winning comob.

well, i was talking about the delta 38cfm 60mm fan vs this 80mm one, i know the sunnon is a lil less loud now, thanks anywase

I have both and the Sunon is much quieter...
yes i 100% agree i have both fans and the delta only last 2 weeks into my computer, I'm having the sunon with pal8045 and is really nice, is not the quietest thing in the world but is a lot better than those deltas.
