Well, I built a PC, using:

ECs K7S5A (SiS 735)
Tnt2 Vidoe card
300 watt (Enermax psu I think)

does anyone know why it won't boot in the morning, but will after you reset the surge protector... but any other time of day, it boots up fine?

*I've ruled out overheating

Dont know but have seen like problems due to underpower PSU, but not with the surge supressor involved. Try a dif surge supressor and see. Only thing I could think of is that the SP gets cold at night and setts something out of spec.
