yay thanks!

ordered the cable and a nunchuk. too bad now it says the cable wont be available till next week, but thats still a week sooner than stores and its more of a sure thing.

also thinking about picking up another sensor bar for $10 so the wii is more mobile between 2 TVs.

So the console is $280 after all + tax. Bout $300 when all is said and done
i know your a wii hater, so dont be crappin the damn thread
but if you do the math its $265 after tax, and sure $300 all said and done for me, but not everything needs HD
what does the price matter anyway?

even at 300....

1 wii + 1 wii = 2 wii = 1 ps3.

Some people cant afford a ps3, so for half the price, thet can still be a part of the current generation of gaming.

I think Wii haters need to just STFU, that goes for PS3 haters as well.

I sold mine to d94 because I know I wouldnt play hardly at all, and ended up getting a good trade out of it.

Sad when people cant just keep their mouth shut.

ouch, 45 bucks when tax and shipping added.

thats almost a wii game alone!

though, i'm still tempted to order one...though not sure if i should order it now, or wait till its in stores. as we only have 1 TV in the house that is a HD-TV, and its up-stairs. ( the Wii is in my room, hooked up to a 75 dollar TV from walmart, when my old 12 year old TV finially decided to die on me ).

The PS3 has more technology than all of the other systems combined, $500 is a steal.

But this thread has nothing to do with any of that. It's for peope that want the component cable and need information on it.

Due to high demand, our initial allotment of the Wii Component Video Cables has been depleted. We expect to begin shipping again the week of November 28, 2006. The Wii Component Video Cable will also be available at select retail stores (Best Buy, GameStop, Circuit City) in early/mid December.

The ps3 isn't actually as powerful as you would think. I was almost disappointed in some of the games. Still fun to play though, and Wii is also super fun.

Just for comparison, Gamespot did a little thing with component vs traditional cables.

Definitely worth getting component, but why they have to sell them at such a high price :( S and D sucks...

o wow...from those screenshots its look like its worth every penny to get those compenet cables...now to get an HDTV in my room instead of wayyyy upstairs...lol

I still have yet to get my hands on a wii. I tried last Sunday at best buy but was an hour too late to get in line. Maybe this Sunday they will get more. I refuse to wait longer than 1.5 hours to get mine.

Not so my friend... I am not a PS3 hater, but the technology just isnt as great as many have thought.

THREAD CLOSED. When they're back in stock LMK, but this is NOT the place to argue.
