ive got 2 sticks of generic pc2700 with 6ns infineon chips on them. they will run @ 2-2-2-11 with only 2.5 volts @166fsb and with 2.8 volts theyve been up to 220 mhz before my motherboard hit its limit but @ 2.5-3-3-11 timings. with the new ocz ram voltage booster coming out i was wondering if getting more voltage to my ram would help me tighten the timings at higher fsb speeds or is more voltage only good for higher fsb potential?. im not trying to hit 220 with tightest timings but 200 would be sweet. would that be realistic or should i just fogetaboutit?

Chances are no. Infineon chips aren't known for high overclocks and even less for taking high voltages. With those chips you will burn them up if you go too high, probably anything over 2.9 is too much for them much less the booster voltages. They will probably run with 3.0V but how long is the question. Your best bet is to replace the ram if you want high FSB but 220 with 2.5,3,3,11 isn't that bad, not great but it gets the job done.
