Will my PSU cut it for my upgrade?

Some of you know I'm upgrading to an A7V133 and 1.33/266 Bird. That said, given everything else in my system, which you can see by clicking the link in my sig, should my antec pp303x 300wtt PSU be able to cut it? I found the enermax 350wtt for $60, but is that even enough?

I would think that is more than enough. If you decide to go w/ watercooling you would have to upgrade to a 400+watt PSU.

the antec will be fine ....also ,watercooling usally can be done with a lesser PSU,unless your using a DC pump ,because there are only 1 or 2 fans

I run my 1.2ghz 266 on a KT7A with a powerman 235w psu ) works a treat look at the stuff in my case below
