Will my rig OC well?

By well, I do not expect a ton out of it, just curious of its potential. I am on a limited budget, I know what you suggest, but on my budget I cant do that quite yet, and this is what I got.

I will be using some older hardrives, both 7200RPM, one is 120gb, one is 40gb... Both IDE, currently it just has 512 DDR 400mhz, but as money comes in i plan to upgrade to DDR2. hopefully a gig at least. Feel free to offer any advice on memory etc.

a 400W Rapior, came with the case. Looking further into it, I will have to get a new one of those too right?

Yes a Fortron 500W Bluestorm should be swell.

Besides the power supply (which by the way, thanks for the advice, I will definitly look into it) any other suggestions? kind of ram? what speed I should expect while overclocking?

I assume its some value RAM. It will limit your OC and you may have to use a divider but you should still do decently with it. When you upgrade depending on your budget the crucial Ballistix and the way to go.

For the PSU its cheaper at ZZF than at the egg for reference.

Hmm... It seems I have made a mistake... Looking further into it, I am seeing the AMD preformance bonuses... something I didn't mention, the system that it is running now is a athlon 64 3000+, and I am thinking I should just get a new, better mobo, a better video card, and memory... and mabye that PSU, yes? no? mabye so?
