Will The Pal 8045 Fit On A Xp-333-r???

I am considering the 333-R as my next board. Would like to use the alpha pal8045 as my HSF. Has anyone tried this combo?
Alpha's website doesn't say one way or the other whether the 8045 will fit. does anyone know for sure if it will fit?

Lots of room for the Alpha. Just make sure its a rev 2.1 board, some older revs had an extra cap that will interfere. Really enjoying mine, very stable, oc's well and all around compatablity with my hw.
