im planning on getting the fortron 350watt psu with the 120mm led fan i need to know if it will power (im hoping so.)

xp2500 @ around 1.8 vcore
2x256 black level 2 mushkin pc3500 ram
Lian li pc65b case w/ default case fans
slk-900u w/ 92mm tornado
dvd-rom
cd-rw
80 gig wd se hd (maybe eventually 2 + raid card for raid 0)
sapphire 9800 np
