WIN BIOS UPDATE not sticking!?

I keep trying to update my BIOS using a giga-byte windows BIOS utility but it doesn't seem to work with my GA-7N400 pro.

I haven't had a chance to try and use a dos utility yet but does anyone thing something could be wrong anyway?

This board has given me a good handful of problems.

The BIOS has been keeping time and date so I don't think it's a dead battery...

yeah put it on a floppy and flash it that way. I have an 7NNXP and the @BioS does not work well either

no clue. im new to overlcocking. i hope i can get some decent numbers from my pc
