Has anyone had the problem of not being able to get their NIC supported? Mine won't find any drivers for it and when I put the winXP disk in which had the drivers it still wouldn't find them on there. I downloaded the install for the drivers after dual booting winXP but still no luck. even with the drivers on my win2k3 desktop it won't install them. I have a linksys 10/100Tx

hmmmmm very odd. I was able to swap the NIC with my roomates, he has a Linksys one also but a different version. And for some reason 2003 noticed and installed it. Very odd seeing as XP noticed and installed the other one with no problems.

that really odd :/, since it's a server OS it should support pretyty much every NIC :/ I've tryed 5 different ones in it so far and havent had any issuses, but as someone said above NT/2k/XP driver will work :)

I did try their drivers and no luck. I wonder though if for some reason during install it just didn't see it. Maybe I just had to turn off the comp. Take it out. plug it back in and then turn the comp back on. When I plugged in the other one it noticed it and worked right away... but iono.

When I installed Win 2k3 on my router, it only detected one of the two NIC's. But after I downloaded the Windows XP Drivers, it works fine.
