Win98SE Reboot instead of Power Down???

Hey guys,
i've got a small problem... when i try to shut down windows 98 se my pc will reboot instead of shutting down. so i cna't shut down the pc, just reboot... any ideas where that is in, i've checking in msconfig but i cna't see it there...

They have a fix on the Microsoft site for Win 98SE shutdown problem. I had that problem with mine also and downloaded and it works.
