For anyone with a 4P server that wants to get Windows 10 Pro for Workstation or has it, here is a tip and warning.
1. If you have a DVD from Amazon.com, the key will not work on any of the install images. you will need to install Windows 10 Pro with out the key and run updates then put in the key (WARNING: this will take a few hours, like 3 or more if you have to start over)
2. If you have a key from MS and no DVD but you have Win 10 Pro, check the version and see if it's 1803, if so you can use the key with out running updates. If you have an older version (1709 or older) you need to run updates to 1803.
But once you get it installed, image it so you don't have to go through that mess again
