Sue over what? A search engine that does not have weather forecast and the score for last nights game posted on the side? If that is what you guys are talking about then I am sorry to tell you but google is not the only search engine that does that.

Microsoft gets sued all the time. Maybe you should read up on some UK news. As you design schemes, that would be pretty gay if you could patent them as people could take all the good layouts such as this forums and stop others from using them.
