windows random crash

not sure why, but recently my video sometimes, not in game, would blink off and back on, this last time it did it 2 times within 2 minutes then crashed windows. think maybe memory or bios setting or something?

Could be any number of things. Could be your overclock, problem with the vid card, heat buildup, memory. Obviously, the first thing to try is backing off your OC, and if you have your card OCed, back that off too.
