I have looked and looked at netscape, and cannot find anywhere to get this answer to this question, without paying netscape 27.00 and I think that is a rippoff.
I have a fresh install of windows, on the c drive, and an netscape 7 on my f drive. The toolbar for windows will not pop up, (yes it is checked to stay up) over the netscape browser window. I have to shrink the netscape to half size in ordewr to get the toolbar to pop up or show..... any ideas, like maybe re installing netscape? thank you for any help.
