Windows XP Pro and Home ERRORs

Ok I've been trying to fix two of my friends computers I've fixed most of the problems, they have mostly been viruses and spy-ware. But I'm getting errors on both computers at start up.

On the Windows XP Home:

Unexpected internal c-tree(R) error #215

On Windows XP Pro:
Unhandled excpetion:c0000005
at address:1000016b8
