Winfast TV/TUNER settings questions

Ok so far I think this card sucks ..... is their anyway to change the settings to get 480x480? Everytime I record a video in mpeg 2 740x480 and then try to burn with nero it wants to re-encode it. Because it is looking for 480x480.

If I record in mpeg1 352x240 nero trys to re-encode that do. Is their any capture setting that nero won't try to re-encode with this card?

Is their anyway to change the range to 480 x 480 in the list? Why does nero try to re-encode everything?

Maybe it's not the card that sucks. I haven't used it but I've heard pretty good things about it. It's probably a setting in Nero somewhere.

If you record in MPEG2 the quality will suck nuts. You need to record in uncompressed AVI and then compress it to VCD or SVCD. I can't remeber what to goto from AVI or if you even have to, but if you don't record the original in AVI the quality will suck.

That goes for all cards.
