I just read the duallie (SMP) guide for AMD, and it recommends 500W and above PSU for stable power .. having said that, 350W to run 2x2Ghz (2400+) seems kinda close to the edge .. I will have exact same PSU coming my way .. so if this works fine on your farm, let me know and I'll do the same
