Wiring connections to POT

I'm gonna use a pot and resistor to adjust my vcore.
Just wanted to be sure I wire it up correctly.
There are 3 tabs on it, I use the middle tab and either of the outer 2 tabs.
Am I right?
Expert opinion would be appreciated.

Middle and one of the outside ones in correct, that is how I have mine.
