I woke up this morning and my pc would'nt wake from the keyboard. I turned it off and it won't boot back on. I have an AMI bios and it won't even give a beep code. The power light comes on and the fans come on and the hard drive light stays on, but the computer won't boot, give a beep code or anything. Someone please help.

You could have had a card go bad overnight. Try removing all non-essential pci cards and try booting with just the cpu, ram, and video card. Leave the mouse, keyboard hooked up but unhook any printers, usb devices and other external devices.

If it boots, then install one device at a time and try rebooting with each until it hangs and you have found the bad card/device.

If it doesn't boot then you have a bad mb, video card, ram, or cpu. If you have a friend with a similar setup install your stuff in his one at a time until his doesn't boot.

Hope this helps :|

I stripped it down and it won't even load the bios post test, check the ram or jack. I believe the MB's dead.

Yep, I tried it all. Thanks for the help guys, but I figured the MB was dead and had to order another. I figured the MB being dead was the only thing that would keep the bios from doing POST. Correct me if I'm wrong. The bios should give me beep codes if anything else was wrong.
