Wont oc with Abit BH6

When I change my FSB form 100 to 112 and restart a message comes up that says "CPU is unworkable please check your settings" What should I do I'm a newbie

Sounds like you need to disable speed hold error in bios.

Yep, that the prob. You've left Speed Error hold on in the Softmenu page of the BIOS. Diable it and your board will run at 112 MHz (dependant on RAM quality, and a whole host of other features)
