Well this morning when I woke up in my dorm, my month old new setup would not boot it was stuck at the screen where it tries to configure my gigalan and wouldn't go past it... so I tried rebooting a couple times and the same would happen... I then decided to load fail safe defaults to just try to get into windows, but now it won't even go past the BIOS screen, and just freezes. I cleared CMOS and nothing new... My specs:
3200+ winnie
neo2 plat
antec 550 (new version so shouldn't be a problem)
74g raptor
gf 5950u
corsair xl

Please tell me I don't have to RMA the board since I sense it's the big problem...

Try and boot with only 1 stick of ram, then swap and try with the other. 1 or both could be damaged, or if you only have 1 borrow someone else’s ram for a test, hell, borrow someone else’s video card and test that too, good old process of elimination. :)
GOOD LUCK!
