I am planning on having 6 120mm fans and 2 51.4 watt or lower tecs one for video card and one for fsb
the tecs will be water cooled

I dont want to have 2 psu sense I have lack of space

most of the time the fans will be running at 7v
see below for everything else I have

Cut it yes but worth the risk I don't know. I would suggest a 450 but 400 might do ok. I know the price difference from a 400-450 is big but it might be worth it. It would be best to have a separate power supply for the pelts.

hmm

I have a old 150 watt atx that went to my 75mhz computer do you think that will work?

Im not sure how I would hook it up though sense Ive heard that you have to do something with the 5v wire...
