would like some help overclocking an ati radeon HD 5850 graphics card

hi I would like some help on overclocking my gpu I haven't over clocked before Ive alos built my pc from scratch ive don't know where to start on it ive looked online but couldn't find none that shows me how to do it on mine. so any information would be helpful.
the specs of my pc is
am 1 motherboard
quadcore amd Athlon with the standard cooler
ati radeon hd 5850 gpu
Seagate 500gb hard drive
2 led fans
500w psu

so any kind of help would be great thanks

You can download MSI AfterBurner and overclock with it.
Make sure your GPU (HD5850) Is not overheating at stock and not overheating with overclock.
