is this some kind of spyware??

it start everytime and dont use memory and on the "CPU" section it shows nothing about this two process

weird

Its not spyware and is normal to see running. This is a little about them.

Windows On Windows (WOW) Execution Support Process that provides support for 16-bit Windows applications together with ntvdm.exe. The service is started by NTVDM, which starts every time you run a 16-bit program.

The MOD file format is a music file format composed of sound samples in digitized format, arranged in certain patterns to create a song.
