WTF!! Infinate loop error with ti 4200 + dts 41.03 + 40.72?

I've just started getting the infamous Nv4disp.dll error or Infinate loop error whilst using both the 40.72 and 41.03 detonators. Could anyone shed any light on why i would be getting these problem with a geforce 4 ti4200, i thought Nvidia had dealt with this issue way back?

Was that 40.72 detonator a beta or the WHQL-certfied? If beta, try the new WHQL-certified 40.72.
