thanks, i have checked the watercooling section, it tells me how thay did it but not how it works

Did you check out the Cooling Tower Doctor yet? That site has more stuff on evaporative cooling than my thermodynamics and heat transfer books combined. You don't have to go through everything but I'm sure you can pick up some bits of really helpful technical info there.
