The P1809_Collagen is making 700PPD by itself!

This thing is folding at only 2.4GHz too.

I have that exact same p1809 but EMIII reports it as Amber core and worth 153 points, which is consistent with Psummary page. I think your EMIII is just confused.

Yes. I would be sure to download the latest protein data file from the Electron Microscope III download page. If that does not work, sometimes old wudata files get left behind from the previous unit in your client folders and may need to be "cleaned" manually to get things to register correctly. Your client was probably working on a p24XX Gromacs (600pt) previously and then downloaded p1809 Amber (153pt) but EMIII got confused on starting the new Amber.

Hmm, dunno what to think then... definitely an amber core after checking.
 
You're making 177ppd on the p1809. EMIII foul up. Go into the work directory and delete the files with wu #s not related to the current WU and EMIII will report correctly.
