X800 pro VIVO = 100% XT mod?

I saw a Power Color X800 pro VIVO and want to know if it's sure that the XT mod will work? and it is just a softmod?

well I guess nothing is ever 100% and I am not exactly sure of the success rate, but its just a matter of a bios flash.
