xbox 360 controller

i had to format my pc and lost the use of my xbox 360 pad on fifa07 and i just read the readme and it needs

driver 6.0.5435.0

ive searched everywhere and can only find v4, and in device manager it says 5, and even the automatic updates didnt help ]

any one, please

EDIT: Link said 6.0 but they were 4.0, Still looking.

ack I hate them damn controllers.lol My stepson has a 360 & there are some cool games for the 360 & I like to play them but have a hell of a time b/c of the freaking controllers, I wish they'd allow USB keyboards & mice to be used with them.lol

I tried playing Halo 2 tonight & damn what a pain in the butt, I kept dropping my weapons trying to do other things...lol I've never liked console controllers even when I played Nintendo & Sega Genesis all the time...but I had a gam pad thing with huge buttons & a joystick like controller thing...kinda like arcade controls...but they don't make them for current systems...but I much rather have my keyboard & mouse to use.
