How long is the ethernet cable that comes with the premium version?

I have a xbox 360, but cannot recall how long the cable is.... a quick search on froogle turned up this

it says its a genuine xbox 360 ethernet cable.... 16 feet in length...

Ok, looks like I'll be going wireless then, it's not even remotely close to how long it needs to be.

For how much that will cost why not just get a cheap longer generic cat5 cable?

ya really. around here you can get it for 20c a foot, plus a buck for the ends.

Monoprice has some good prices for cat5e as well. Around $4 for a 25' or $6.50 for 50'. If you really do want an "Xbox" cable, they sell those too for not much more. 100ft is the most you can get for either incase you are looking for more (which you shouldn't expect that much from the xbox bundle anyway).
