How high do the XP+1600 multipliers go? I know my chip is not fully unlocked (I can get 11 and 12 but not 11.5). Should I be able to go higher than 12? I couldn't get 13 and didn't try 14. I wanted to know if it is possible, then I will redo the unlock.

12.5x is the highest you can go with out cutting bridges. To get higher there is a set of 2 bridges that need to be switched, which involves cutting one, and closing the other. If you do this without messing the chip up you will only get 13x and up. You won't be able to back to the lower multis without restoring the 2 bridges you changed.

At least that was what I found out when looking into the same subject. Didn't feel that it was worth trying to cut a bridge. When I get a better mobo, I should be able to get a better fsb and not need the higher multi's :)
