I have XP pro. English 2002 version.
I log in as admin, and I have tested this by changing other peoples "passwords" to "log in" at the login screen. It works everytime. So I must be logged in correctly as "administrator" or else it wouldn't let me change OTHER people's passwords. Right?
Right!
So, I log in as admin, browse to any (ANY) folder, and right click on it. I choose "security and settings" and a window pops up saying if I want to share this folder, then drag and drop it to the "shared folders" blah, blah,blah..........
Underneath that is the option that I WANT!!!!!!!!!
"Check this box if ONLY YOU want to be able to view this folder"
Or something to that effect. It is greyed out, and I cannot check it. Yet I am the Administrator and think I should be able to choose this option.
WTF is going on?
Thank you all.
