XP and Monitor Refresh rates

stranger and stranger. Max Payne and Serious Sam will run at 85mhz at 1024x768x32, but CFS2 only hits 75 (default for my monitor).


tried that Direct3d override, it let me set the refresh to 85, and CFS2 ran fine. Who knows, damn M$
