XP die dimensions and location

Does anyone know the dimensions of the die?

Is the die centered with respect to the 4 mounting holes?

I am trying to design a waterblock for a, future, computer.

hmm. well, an easier route would be to just have the block cover the socket, instead of getting the core demsions. however, since you expressed an intrest in the core's location relative to the four holes, i ought to let you know that in 1 or 2 other threads, some people have expressed a concern over some seeming implication that amd is pushing to have mobo's built for future chips built without them. wether they plan on trying to use just the socket clips or perhaps have a better solution in the works, i have no idea

2x2chip- 1/2x1/2 core, i measured last time cuz im gonna make a vtuned block sometime....

its quite simple... but you may want to make the block a little bigger than 1/2 so if it slides your not screwed.. id say 5/8....

another thing, t-breds and t-birds have rectangular cores.... so keep that in mind if your upgrading to a t-bred....
