hahah, I have AN7, running at 232x11 right now. hope tictac can share me how he did it. he has been using some weird tools from what I've been reading.

geeze...time for him to bust out the Ln2 and see what that mobile can do...smash a few records :p

when did the an7 get to be a good board
I believe really recent, that's when I bought AN7. Maybe 2 or 3 months ago, and tictac modding its bios put AN7 where they're at right now.

Maybe I should rma my nf7-s and ask for a AN7 inplace of it LOL jking fellas I wouldn't do that untill it died or decided to stop posting.

"jonspd goes to take his nf7-s folder apart and start rumbing it on the carpet die you fool die"

Well he is a great bios editor and I guess he just got a golden AN7 plus I'am sure he's not working with sh*** hardware and probably is in a cool room temp when testing but who know's maybe it's that one bios edit he did for himself to get a higher fsb.

Screnie plz O and I dont wanta see no 2.5 4 4 11 timing's with it either nor a 10 muilt. O yea is that 250fsb stable and is that SC or what?

LOL boring.

the site I provided does have 280fsb if you're not blind, look at SiSandra. OK, you ppl, many have accomplished 250fsb, not 280. You're comment to put down other's accomplishment is more boring in my opinion. Such comment is not necessary thanx.

lol i was refering to yazz88's post and i felt the same thing looking @his post putting down tactic

ya, if the thread bores you then just leave..no need to make a comment about it..and 280fsb is pretty damn good...250 is no where near 280...

are those an7's more consistent oc-ers compared to nf7's?
There's soo much to find about nf7's but I don't read very much about those an7's.
I'm trying to get some knowledge about the an7's because I want to get a new mobo in the nearby future...either a nf7 or an an7.

yes, it's very consistent. I'm getting 232fsb on CPC-disabled bios, which isn't bad compared to the NF7 which topped out at 207 whatever I tried. My max fsb with AN7 so far has been around 237 and I'm just testing now to see how much I can take for clockspeed. Many people on AN7 get over 240, 250s now and it has now hit 280!

Yeah i saw the link you posted, is that without mods done to the board?
And are you getting a higher oc with only the mobo changed, or did you changed some other parts too?

TicTac, I don't know what he did exactly, but I know he started modding bios not by flashing by the coding itself too. (you see the tool on top of the link I posted??? I think that has to do with it, also the previous page, he posted the whole page of nforce2 chip bios code) I'm sure he'll share with us once he gets his stuff done, (300fsb??? lol) but we just have to see. What I've done so far was pretty much the same as NF7. Active cool NB/SB with Vantec Iceberg, L12 Mod, and Mosfet cooled with passive sinks. Bios I use is AN7DE8 CPC-Disabled since I use 512x2. and that's what got me at where I'm right now.
