XP permissions problem

I just reinstalled XP today and for some reason the permission or rights tab is gone from all files in the properties menu... I can't set permissions for files.... any idea why or better yet how I can fix it???

Did you create an Administrator and a Non-Administrator account?

Did you install on a FAT32 Partition or an NTFS partition?

NTFS and I am the Admin, but I figured it out already, you just go to folder options > view tab > uncheck use simple file sharing.. learning new stuff about this OS every day...
